My biggest flaw as a leader

Catchy title, eh? Almost as good as “free beer.”

My biggest flaw – today – is getting caught up in what’s going wrong and not doing enough to hoot & holler about the tremendous wins happening all around me every day. In my defense, there’s so much great work being done that I’d need a clone or an oompa-loompa to run around & celebrate every win, but let’s face it…that’s not what I want when I win, and the people around me deserve more.

 

One of my goals for 2012 is to have at least 2 new biggest flaws because I’ve fixed so many old ones.
